TRAMPING VIII

Some of the ladies have cast convention to the winds and are returning to nature in too big a hurry.  Many of these have not learnt the rudiments of the art and craft of tramping.  They wander in pathetic clusters along arterial roads, singing sentimental songs, and looking tired to death before the day is half spent.  Even so, I would not be throught for a moment to sneer at them.  On the contrary I welcome them with open arms.  Many of them, no doubt, will soon tire of the road and find solace or sensarional in gliding or football instead, for the modern girl is nothing if not versatile.
