Fryup pizza restaurant Friggo’s incurred the wrath of animal rights groups after unveiling a new pizza that includes whale blubber.  The Nordica – also topped with sea buckthorn berries and Liquorice allsorts – is the latest addition to the restaurant that brought the world the notorious Tahitian – comprising kippers, mango and Bounty bars.  Activists picketed the restaurant on Saturday and daubed its windows with fake blood.  Friggo’s says the Nordica is a tribute to the heroic voyages of the region’s whale ships.
