Regulars include a riff on the region’s famous Tahitian Pizza, Sugar Puff, and woodsmoke.  Brainchild of local competitive eating champion Treasure Sprule, the shop’s signature deep-fried bilberry pie flavour comes in at almost 1,000 calories per scoop.  Choc Killer – studded with Killer Bee chillies and melting the Scoville scale at nearly two million units – is claimed to be the world’s hottest ice cream, and requires customers to sign a disclaimer.
