LONELY

To describe it superficially, Mister Lonely seems like another one of Korine’s practical jokes: A lonely Michael Jackson impersonator living in Paris is befriended by a Marilyn Monroe impersonator, who convinces him to join her in a Scottish castle and live a happy life with other impersonator friends (including her abusive husband Charlie Chaplin, her daughter Shirley Temple, Sammy Davis Jr., Little Red Riding Hood, Buckwheat, James Dean, Madonna, the Pope, and many more).
