THE NORTH RIDING PROJECT

Fry-High is a book, published anonymously in 2002, that purports to be an oral history of Fryup High School in the late 1980s and early 1990s.  During this period the school yielded a series of famous alumni, including an adult movie actress, a champion boxer and a leading conceptual artist; hit headlines for scandals involving alien abductions and guerrilla movements; and was featured in one tabloid newspaper under the banner headline, “Is this the most debauched school in Britain?”
