OMELETTES II

Omelette Sprule is an omelette named after the late Fryup playwright Falcon Sprule, comprising eggs, double cream, smoked brown trout, local Killer Bee chillies and Wrigley’s Spearmint Gum, and finished under a grill.  It was first served for Sprule at the Fryup Hall Hotel in 1986, and has remained on the menu there ever since.  Variations and adaptations of Omelette Sprule are now served globally.
