One of the things that I used to do in the summers was lay out in the sun. You know when you douse yourself in baby oil, and you put the lemon juice with Sun-In in your hair, and you get those big, fluffy clouds that come along? Well, we had a cherry tree, and so there was a time in the Spring when it would be covered in the fuzziest, most beautiful, soft caterpillars you’ve ever seen, and they just lived in our cherry tree, and then they became butterflies. We had purple flowers in our backyard in this giant bush, but that’s not where the butterflies were, so I kind of combined another flower with our cherry tree and our butterflies, so this is just a really happy piece.
