In 2004, she announced a partnership with celebrity chef, Cosmo Rizzoli, and the first Kolaburger restaurant was launched inside the New Frontier hotel in Las Vegas in 2004.  Mixing beef patties with confectionary, menu choices included the Kolaburger (two beef patties, pickles, cheese, kola kubes); the Candyburger (two beef patties, pickles, candyfloss); the Hawaiian (two beef patties, pickles, cheese, pineapple chunks); and the Loveburger (two beef patties, pickles, cheese, love hearts).  In 2007, Kolaburger released a series of limited edition celebrity-inspired burgers including the Anna Nicole Burger (two battered chicken patties, Godiva chocolates); the Ghostface Killahburger (two battered fish patties, ravioli, French vanilla ice cream, buttered pecan ice cream, caramel sundae) and the Elvis Trilogy Burger (three fried banana and peanut butter sandwiches in a bun).  Health campaigners called Kolaburger a “calorie calamity”.
